How much will this all cost me?

The costs in addition to the sitting rate are:

  • Initial consultation – Free for new and returning clients!
  • Key return – $10 (or we can hold it for you for the next time you are out of town)
  • Late notice fee – $20 (for reservations made less than 48 hours)

We want to make this process as simple as possible:

  • As of now, there is no extra fee for holidays or weekends.
  • There is no extra charge for administration of medication.

Are there other things I should be aware of?

We require a minimum of 2 consecutive visits.
No alternating day drop-ins.
Limit 3 cats.

Will you dogsit or walk my dog?

Yes. While we focus on cats, we have cat sitters who are also experienced and insured with dogs. Send us a message or email us at wecatsit(at)gmail(dot)com.

How do I know you visited my cat?

We will provide wellness notes and upload a photo to your client portal. You will also be notified via email.

What time of the day do you visit?

Our service hours range from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Who will take care of my cat?

Our cat care professionals are animal lovers and go through regular training to provide the best cat care possible to our network of cat parents!

What Zip Codes do you service?

We primarily service the 60613, 60640, 60614, 60660 and 60657 areas. If you are in the surrounding area, we can very likely accommodate you as well.

Do I have to tip my catsitter?

No, but any tips for superb service is greatly appreciated.

Do you offer multiple visits a day?

Yes.

My cat needs medication. Can you do that?

Yes. We currently offer oral and topical medical administrations and insulin injections.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are insured through Pet Sitters Associates LLC.

Can you provide references?

Yes.

How do I pay?

We accept cash, PayPal and all major credit cards.
