Lakeview is the densest part of our service area and probably the most varied. In a single week we might visit a garden unit off Southport, a fourth-floor walk-up with no elevator, and a high-rise near the lake where we check in at a front desk before going up.

Each of those is a different job before we even reach your cat. We work them out at the meet and greet so the first real visit runs smoothly: which door, which buzzer, whether the front desk needs your name on a list, where the spare key lives.

How it works

1. Meet and greet. We come by while you're home, meet your cat, and learn your setup. No charge.

2. You book your dates. Please book early for holidays.

3. We visit and you hear from us. Every stop ends with photos and a note about how it went.
