  • The costs in addition to the sitting rate are:

    Initial consultation – Free for new clients!

    Key return or pick up – $10 (or we can hold it for you for the next time you are out of town)

    Short notice fee – $24 (for reservations made less than 72 hours)

    There is no extra charge for administration of medication.

  • We require a minimum of 2 consecutive visits.

    No alternating day drop-ins.

    Limit 3 cats.

  • Yes. While we focus on cats, we have cat sitters who are also experienced and insured with dogs. Email us at wecatsit(at)gmail(dot)com

  • We will provide wellness notes and upload a photo to your client portal. You will also be notified via email.

  • Our service hours generally range from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m and cat visits may occur any time during those hours. We will do our best to accommodate your requested time windows, with priority going to cats that require medication. Please discuss any specific details about visit times with your assigned cat sitter.

  • Our cat care professionals are animal lovers and go through regular training to provide the best cat care possible to our network of cat parents!

  • We primarily service the 60613, 60640, 60614, 60660 and 60657 areas. If you are in the surrounding area, we can very likely accommodate you as well.

  • No, but any tips for great service is much appreciated. Feel free to leave cash on the counter (clearly marked) or add gratuity when you’re paying your invoice online.

  • Yes, we offer two visits a day. Availability may vary.

  • Yes. We currently offer oral and topical medical administrations and insulin injections.

  • Yes, we are insured through Pet Sitters Associates LLC.

  • Yes. Send us an email.

  • You can access your open invoices when you log in to your account. Payment can be made online. We accept all major credit cards.
